His vast experience and professionalism put me at ease and it was much smoother process than I was anticipating. In November 2020, I completed a cash out refinance with Steve. I thought I would be diligent and reached out to all the major providers of mortgages this time like Quicken Loans, AmeriSave, and others. I was disappointed by their customer service and what they recommended for me. I felt like the options they were presenting were for their best interest and not mine.
