      Well, I was referred to this company by my GA Realtor. I was advised I could try to qualify for first time homebuyer grants. First off, the application process is really long. I was emailed numerous times for tons of documentation to upload. The first lady who called me was very sarcastic! It was like she had an issue with me asking specific questions about the documentation they needed to begin reviewing my application. So, you guys can ask and request detailed questions/documentation, but I cannot ask my questions? After one week, I called them and they did not return my calls. I received an email stating I did not qualify for grants due to already having property in my name. I never purchased a property, but I get it.... These people are time wasters! They should have disclosed the grant situation during my first initial phone conversation. I was then told by Kimberly Pirkle, who was my Loan Officer she could "try" to see if I qualified for an FHA loan? Try is a "maybe", if you ask me! Many homes do not accept FHA loans? At that point, I asked to cancel my application. Kimberly stated she would cancel the application immediately. She did not apologize, did not try to work with me....etc. An FHA loan is to me an insult when I have good credit! I have already received two other Conventional Loan Pre-approval offers...
