Joe got us in a new home after we'd been turned down by others. He answers the phone no matter what and my realtor couldn't believe how accessible he is. The homestar team was great to work with and stayed on track to close on the day specified. He answered any questions we had, and there was a lot being first timers. We move in this weekend and couldn't be happier.

Joe, and Barbara were amazing! We were turned away from two banks previous to meeting Joe. Because we own a small business we didn't qualify for refinance of our mortgage. Joe and Barbara made it happen! They were both so helpful and always available when I would call with questions or information. Would recommend Homestar- Sylva to anyone who is trying to buy a home or refinance!
