      Courtney with Homestead Funding created a wonderful first time home buying process out of what I think was a mess when we presented it to her. We were working with another institution who basically fell thru all the cracks and Courtney and her team turned it completely around. She is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. She kept us up to date on everything and was always available for questions and concerns from us. I will absolutely recommend her and her team to anyone purchasing a home!

      Courtney Delaney was fantastic, easy to work with and really guided us with our home purchase. The reason that I am leaving only 3 stars is because before the first mortgage payment had posted, our mortgage had been sold. I understand that this is always a possibility, however, I had thought that I was getting a mortgage with a local company that I could go back to with any future needs. If I had known that Homestead Funding would immediately sell my loan to Chase, I would have gone elsewhere.
