  In mid 2020 I was referred to Thomas when I started house hunting and needed a mortgage. Friends who were also looking, immediately recommended Thomas. I called him on a Saturday morning to discuss a mortgage for a home I wanted to make an offer for. He called me back 20 minutes later. Asked several questions from him, I sent him all of my financials, etc. Within an hour he phoned back and said he was sending me a pre-approval letter to use for my offer. It took nearly 1 1/2 years to finally find a home and have an accepted offer. Thomas has been there with me every step of the way. As a senior citizen and first time buyer I had lots of questions and Thomas answered all of them and always had great advice. Patient, thoughtful and clearly knowledgeable about his business, the market, etc. I'm happy to highly recommend him and hope you have an opportunity to work with him. Thank you Thomas for your support, professionalism and guidance!!!
