  Bill is absolutely wonderful, and I'm so grateful! Thank you so much for just being lockstep with us this whole time. I've done home buying and selling and they have been (shall we say) very different experiences. This is by far the easiest, and it was such a relief and a joy to work with you!   I had a great experience working with Bill Burnett on the purchase of my first home. My situation was extremely challenging due to being in an option to buy situation as a renter who wanted to exercise the option in my lease contract. The seller/landlord at the last minute did not want to follow through with the option. Bill was extremely responsive and always gave me timely updates throughout the process. This was appreciated since we were working against a tight timeline to close on the house and were navigating a challenging legal situation regarding the option to buy. He provided excellent guidance and support throughout the entire process. I know for sure I would not have been able to close on my home in time if it were not for his tireless efforts. He also helped keep the other professionals I was working with on track. His 40 years of experience and expertise is definitely what got us all to the finish line. I do not think I would have had this positive outcome if I had selected a different mortgage agent. Bill goes above and beyond and provides the best customer service, since he genuinely cares. I will always recommend him to those I know who are looking for a mortgage agent. I’m so grateful I found him.

  Cannot recommend Bill Burnett and Homestead Mortgage enough! He walked me through the process and answered all my stupid questions to a point where I understood what was going on. Now that's a feat!
