      There is constant turnover of staff that have no clue what they are doing. For the past 15 years my husband has always deposited money into my checking account, today he was refused they told him they need more information when he asked what information they said ita a policy change as of yesterday. All he was trying to do was make a deposit. Now my account will be short being the weekend and I cant get to bank due to my work hours. I'm thinking it's time to find a new bank.
