Pros - Never a line, free checking, usually friendly service with a smile, usually will fill out deposit slip for you. I quit making deposits because the glare from the sun makes it hard to see who's working. Instead, I just took home the cash and deposited it at my other bank when I got around to it. Then one day, to my surprise, the person working offered to fill out a deposit slip. It makes life so much easier, the way banks used to do business! Cons - It's hard to open up new accounts or ask more involved questions because they closed the lobby. One woman is always a grump and won't help fill out the deposit slips.
