I don't usually write reviews. But the customer service here is terrible. They do not ask the right questions they are very rude to you when you ask questions and when you talk to them in person you would think they would be a little bit different but they're not. I usually take my business elsewhere but I thought I'd take a moment and explain to you don't go here if you don't have to. The thing is is if you don't live or work in the area you can't get help even if your place of appointment is here. I've never met a ruder lady than the one that's working Tuesday afternoon in the one in cedar Rapids off Edgewood road
