  Rich knows his stuff! Refinancing, is a great thing to do but, the paperwork is never fun. Rich keeps the process moving. He answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. He will call you & keep you informed about your loan status. It's a pleasure to do business with Rich!

  Rich Geenty was a pleasure to work with, he was responsive and spent the time with us explaining our deal and options. He went above and beyond to proactively seek out the best loan for us right up until the day we closed. Working with him we knew that our home buying process would go off without a hitch and thus it did. He was responsive to text and call even after hours, he called me back while he was on vacation which was never expected but it showed how much he was vested in our working together and it does not go un-noticed. Rich and his team were great partners for our home purchase and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

  I was recommended Dan Jackson to ease my mind with issues I was having with another lender. He seemed super professional, knowledgeable and kind when I initially talked to him on a Friday afternoon. After I expressed my concern with my current lenders, he offered to take a look at things and have me switch over to him. He told me it didn't matter that my house contract had a clause of getting the seller's permission before changing, and that he could proceed anyways which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Upon discussion with my agent, however, the close date could be delayed due to the transfer so I let Dan know Monday morning of my plans to stay with my lender. His response baffled me and was so out of characteristic from his conversation with me only 30 minutes prior on the phone of "I am a good guy and only want what is best for you. Even if you choose to stay with them." His response to me staying with my current lender included accusations of using his quote to better my deal with my lender (who did not see his quote nor did their price change from conversations of switching), berating me for not taking his professional advice or availability, apparently wasting his time and questioning my overall decision. I was left in shock that someone could be so unprofessional after 30 years of servicing others. The house mortgage process is already stressful and how he handled himself was completely unacceptable. Though he is SUPER knowledgeable (which is why I am giving two stars), he needs to work on his people-skills when situations don't pan out as he would like.
