  Karina was amazing to work with. Our situation was challenging & tedious, but Karina stuck with us and made sure we were taken care of through the entire process. I have bought several homes through local lenders and have never experienced the level of service as Karina and her team provided. I appreciate her for taking the time to explain everything to me! It was also fun connecting over our love for the gym! I will be sure to recommend and use them in the future.

  I really appreciate Nikki working hard for the last 3 months to help me close a jumbo cash out refi. I am self-employed and my situation is considered complex with C and S corporations. She skillfully provided solutions for several difficult conditions & was available to us whenever necessary. Nikki has been great from day one & is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and punctual when it comes to numbers and how lenders determine the cash out amount for refinancing. I highly recommend! She truly had our best interests at heart!

  Just completed my refinance process for our primary and investment properties with Jonathan at Hometown. He's awesome & the entire process took roughly 3 weeks. Extremely professional, positive, friendly, responsive, and communicative throughout the process. All questions & concerns were answered and attended to expeditiously.
