  The whole experience was great. I was told someplace else that I needed a whole new ac system. Honda of Denton diagnosed my problem and replaced only the one part of my ac that wasn't working. The cost was half what I was quoted somewhere else. I will definitely return to Honda of Denton for any future problems.

  Went in for tire alignment and rotation, and because my tire pressure light had been on for a few days but there was no clear tire leak or anything. They told me the light was probably just a computer malfunction, but that they would check and make sure. Then when I went to pay I only had cash on me and they told me that they don’t take cash, which would have been helpful if they told me before hand. They didn’t have an atm either so I had to find a different way to pay. Then when I was pulling out as soon as I was back on the high way the tire pressure light turned back on, I stopped at the nearest mechanic and found that there was indeed a leak in my tire. Crazy to me that Honda didn’t mention it to me, even though they said they were going to look.

  Edit: We had such a great experience getting maintenance on our 2014 civic, not the cheapest service, but you get what you pay for. We took that civic to trade it in 7/9, and it was legitimately the easiest dealership experience ive ever had. Josh was more than accommodating and made the wife and i feel very comfortable. It was like he read our minds and brought us the perfect car for us. We were there at the dealership for MAYBE 3 hours and drove off extremely happy.
