      You know the only reason I even been at this bank was they bought out my bank. Just convenient because, it was just down the street. Kathy is Super snoody always felt this I'm better than you vibe from her. This bank can't help you do anything that others advertise as a simple perk like controlling your money. I'm switching banks. Do not feel comfortable at Horizon at all and this is after years of trying.

      Came 15 minutes before close the lady said we had to “rush” and was pretty rude and hesitant to even process my business there. She did her job I guess but she needs to have better manners and a stronger work ethic.
