      I live 30 miles outside of the city and drive downtown to bank. I live in a small town and they treat me better here than the bank in my small town did. Sandy, Chris, and Milica are always friendly and very helpful. They make me feel like they care about me.

      I went in yesterday to the Indianapolis Horizon Bank, which I had never visited prior. I was greeted by a friendly teller who helped me close my account without a problem. Another female employee assisted me and they got me in and out of there within 10 minutes. The teller kindly helped me with directions. My overall experience was very pleasant.

      This is the friendliest bank that I have ever used. Each and every one of the staff in the Indianapolis, Alabama street branch are terrific. I cannot say enough nice things about this bank branch. They are professional, caring, and helpful. I enjoy my visits to this branch (and on Fridays, they have cookies and coffee).
