  👍 this is one of the most Pleasant places and I visit when I go and cash my check or transfer from savings to checking or whatever else I do. I highly recommend Horizon Credit Union.

  I would recommend this credit union to my worst enemy simply for the sheer joy of them experiencing just how awful this credit union operates. Computer issues, incorrect hours on the app as well as Google, atms inoperable at multiple locations, problems with their chat feature availability, hours incompatible with people who have 8-6 weekday careers, snooty employees, this credit union has it all for people who like to be treated like dirt. I can't believe I gave up my account elsewhere for this place. If you want to direct deposit and never need to deal with the app, the branches or the atms, then maybe this is your place. Anyone who has expectations of something more, run and don't look back.

We keep our location hours up-to-date for each branch and our website is up to date if there are any temporary power or service outages as well. This information can be found at hzcu.org/locations. Our app is available 24/7 and the secure chat feature is available in there as well. We do have several locations with extended service hours (7 AM - 7 PM PT) with a team member on screen in the drive-up including this branch. Did you experience any issues with direct deposit?   Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback David! We appreciate it. Good news, we just added a 24 hour ATM in the drive-up at our Liberty Lake branch this past week! Because we are part of the CO-OP Shared ATM Network, you can also use some other surcharge free ATMs in addition to the ones at our branches. You can find any near you at co-opfs.org.
