I have always been greeted by my first name. It is so nice to see familiar faces and deal with someone that knows you. Yes I have had to wait in line at times when they are busy, but I would rather deal with happy, energetic people that I know than a bank that charges you to see a teller and charges for a reciept. I go to the Maribeau branch.

This Branch is horrible. I’ve talked to a banker by the name of Liza. She is very rude and doesn’t care about the customers needs. I asked to speak to a manger she put me on hold then hung up on me. I definitely do not recommend opening an account here.

HZCU is hands down the best credit union I’ve banked at. The branch staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they have great product and services, and their online banking platform seems to frequently get new features to better my experience!
