  I have banked with Icon and now Horizon Credit Union for seven years. I have had multiple vehicle loans and a heloc through them. I have received amazing treatment and have nothing but positive comments about the whitewater branch in particular. Amie Ramos has been great to work with and has made banking at her branch at whitewater fantastic. I’ve always been treated kindly and with respect by her and the rest of the staff. I recommend my family and friends to her whenever I can. Thank you Amie and the rest of the whitewater team!

  I've had an account here for years and they are putting a hold on my check because it's more than it was last time. After the two business days is up I will be banking elsewhere you should too

  Horizon is horrible, Icon actually cared about its members. My fiance and I wanted to put her car under my name for a better interest rate. They told me it would go from her 24pct to 3.4pct put under my name, they then denied to even let me refinance it because "she would be driving it more then I would be". Thats the insurance companies problem, not theirs. I'll definitely be leaving this credit union after my baby boy arrives.
