      I called in a moment ago. A guy answered the phone, sounds like he was making disgusting noises in the background. When I asked him his name he said “who are you” then hung up the phone. I called back to find out who he was and he answered again, refused to give his name and then hung up again. I called back again and Adele answered the phone saying she didn’t know who the guy was which I find very hard to believe. Horrible service and lack of professionalism. If you’re working from home you still need to maintain professionalism and if you’re doing something inappropriate or nasty on the clock that is disgusting. No one should have to hear that when they call in. I was going to do business with them for three different individuals but I will never recommend or call them again.
