      Removing stars and closing my account after my checking account was changed to one that charges a $7 monthly fee. Yes, there are ways to still have a checking account with no service charges and I qualified, but that was their decision to change it with little notice so this is mine. Removing more stars as mailing the notice to close my account (as requested) has been ignored and another monthly fee was charged. And finally, adding some stars back since speaking with Vonnetta who reversed the fee and closed my account by simply phone and e-mail.
