      Had a great experience in opening my first business account today! because I really don't know how to start but Kourtney was very patient on the phone and in person.       No notice given for changes.,I can’t get to my account. I also tried to use my bank card at bingo and I was declined and I’m very upset over that. yes it is a gambling center but who are you to tell me I can’t use my money to play bingo.. Curtis is not an asset & your bank can be sued .

      Was with Howard Bank for years and they just got bought by FNB. Conversion was this weekend. Online banking service unavailable. New debit card was rejected by their new ATM. Wait times for help over the phone exceed 45 minutes. Total conversion disaster.
