      The manager at this location is the worst.I needed some questions answered and all he kept saying is call 800 number. As most of you know that was not an option. I call a BBT location and the teller had no problem helping me. Avoid this location for in house banking.

      Bank was not open between 9am and 9:25am - called multiple phone lines including another branch and the corporate office - no explanation!

      Very poor service. There is maybe just one client there the several times I have been there. The African manager is a joke. Has a long African last name. We are two women and he called us guys. He smerked when I voiced my disproval. Took my money out promptly. M and T does a busy business here
