Our review is from working with Natalie Hess. Natalie was the seller’s agent for a home we wanted. We were desperate to get out of a yucky rental and had all of our ducks in a row, which couldn’t be said for the brother-sister nightmare agent/ broker we had. I messaged Natalie after it fell apart and in spite of the pool of drama we were leaving, she volunteered to step in as our buyer’s agent. Natalie is a perfect blend of great at her job, kindness, honesty, accountability and efficiency and I have no words that seem enough to cover how grateful we are to her. Anyone who utilizes her competencies is a lucky person.

After vacating a leased home I was told they would switch over the DTE from my name on the 1st. They did not until the 9th and I got the bill for those extra 9 days. After much stressful emailing and voicemails unanswered, they do not care at all. Have shown no effort to even listen to me. Dont trust these people.
