      We purchased a home in July 2017. Doug Heinemann and the Howard Hanna team served as our buyers agents. We were looking for a property with particular features, as a result, Doug showed us more than 20 properties, which is way above the average number of showings per buyer. We also used Howard Hanna mortgage service as our bank of 20+ years could not match their rate. Our experience with Doug and the Howard Hanna team was beyond excellent!

      We had to deal with Agent Nicole Pearson during our recent purchase transaction and were not pleased. Communication was VERY slow and incomplete. And when there was a much more serious issue to address, she was condescending and flippant. Not what I would expect from a professional realtor.
