  I was blessed with an opportunity to accept a new job that would bring us from NY to Northeast Ohio. Selling a house is the easy part; finding the perfect new house to buy is the challenge. It's especially difficult when you are unfamiliar with the area and trying to find and purchase a house remotely while out of state. We found the dynamic duo of Jenna Koontz and Rich Feezle, of all places, on YouTube! We were trying to learn more about the area and kept searching YouTube videos, not for houses or realtors, but for general tips about the community. We kept coming across the same two faces, Jenna and Rich! We just knew, "We want them to be our buying agents in Ohio!" We came to visit one weekend and in hindsight, we realize that Rich and Jenna were showing us homes over an immensely large area! All was not for waste, though. In the process, we came to learn various communities and honestly, the pictures of a home online are never what it looks like in real life. That goes in both directions. We had some 5-star "wows" on our list based on online listings only to be severely disappointed in person. Conversely, we had some "ho hum" 3-star homes on our list that in person were stunning, but just not right. After a grueling, long day, we found THE ONE! Our dream home. We immediately went back to the office and wrote an offer. After multiple iterations, it was ours! As expected, Jenna and Rich were AMAZING!! Every step of the way. Their knowledge. Their expertise. Their enthusiasm. Their empathy and support. Empathy and support? Well, yes. As much as I would love to say the deal went smoothly, we ran into multiple situations where either the seller and/or his agent were stonewalling us, even on move-in day! Yet, through it all, Rich and Jenna were always on our side and literally, by our side. The bottom line is that we were right about Jenna Koontz and Rich Feezle all along. We picked the absolute best agents one could ask for along all the trials and tribulations of this purchase. We LOVE LOVE LOVE our dream home and are most thankful for these two for making our dream come true. It goes without saying that we HIGHLY recommend Jenna and Rich (Rich and Jenna) for ALL of your real estate needs. They are absolute rock stars. I also want to thank the upper management of Howard Hanna who stepped in and stepped up to make things right when one of their own (selling agent) was dropping the ball. Even though Rich and Jenna were our primary points of contact, I received calls from unsolicited several HH managers and vice-presidents. Every organization has its bad apples, and the selling agent was clearly one of them. However, the Howard Hanna team made sure that he didn't sour the whole bunch. Thank you Jenna and Rich! Thank you Howard Hanna! Perfect examples of the perfect realtors.

  I was ser up with this agency through my mortgage company. I guarantee I would not choose this agency of my own volition. Their representative was more concerned about the sellers, few contact hours, incapable of answering simplistic questions and RUDE to the inspector I paid for. Please beware when choosing someone to represent you when spending your time and money
