      Unfortunately, I can't comment on the realtor side of HH, I tried several times to call and get a call back and had issues with their automated system, so gave up and went with a different realty company. I did however use them to secure a mortgage and thought Jan was great as their mortgage/loan officer. She was super quick to get back to me and answer any questions throughout the process. I did "shop around" and many loan officers answered questions with "I'm the best at what I do" rather than answering my questions, so for Jan to take the time to go through and explain everything made me feel much better! She was honest - I had a few questions she couldn't answer right away and verified information and gave me a call or email back. She also followed up on some questions I had that the title company dealt with, which was great - I felt like she was invested in me and did whatever she could to help me buy my home. Thanks Jan!
