      This development and the add mis leads one about landscaping. The irrigation system doesn't work, they claim electrical issue. Well its July no one has dug a single hole to check the wiring. Meanwhile grass and other shrubs are dying there are dead trees, and landscaping. The Kramer Triad H/O they are contracted with is lousy. Trust me I live there and am looking to move. shame cause we love the home and the area.
