This is my first review regarding a company that is not related to food. However, I want to send one here because of the work that they did to help me get my first home. Because this is my first home, everything was confusing and difficult to understand. Not only that, but I needed to have the escrow done within a very short period of time, and that is AFTER looking for a home. Because of Hanh, Steven, and Mindy, I was able to go through all of my paperwork quickly, have them answer all of my questions, and navigate through the escrow process in a very simple manner. The loan process was smooth (Steven did all of the work getting me the best rate), the escrow process was smooth (Hanh did all of the work talking to the different partners in Escrow), and in the end, I finally did get a home. Thank you so much. I would encourage anyone looking for a home to come here.

Poor communication and sluggish response times. After 6 weeks of working with Holly we were turned away at the last minute with no explanation. Would not recommend this company or Holly if you're looking to rent.
