Worst banking experience I ever had. They charge maintenance fee monthly but later sold part of it’s retail banking business to 2 separate banks, closing their corresponding hsbc accounts without proper communication. Customer deserves better service. Will never go back here

Worst bank ever. I opened an account funded the account and setup direct deposit. Paycheck was sent to the account and when I went to withdrawal some money was told my account was in the process of being closed. They wanted me to call some department who staed they will notify me of the reason. Mind you it is Christmas weekend and was not able to get any answers or my money. If I could rate no stars i would. I see why they are leaving retail banking in US
