A group of arrogant and rude people walk around. After reviewing all the information, I didn’t even know if I got up. I have saved so many deposits, is it to see your eyes? Beware of the toxic products they recommend

Maybe the worst bank on this planet! Applied for and was approved for an HSBC Mastercard. Countless hours with Customer Service, two name change forms 3 attempts and they STILL can't put my correct name on the credit card! I'm not asking a special name either ... just put the name that was submitted on the application, ON THE CREDIT CARD! But this skill somehow eludes them!
