  Lincoln Financial is the worst dental insurance I have ever had - I am consistently seeing a past due balance with my dentist because it takes them 90+ days to pay claims. They also sent my dentist a letter that they needed additional information to pay a claim, after the work was already completed. I better not have any unexpected bills from them!

  Ok so I want to start by saying there is no way you should not be able to reach a representative by phone. I have been on hold long in transferred 5 times in all I want to do is stop the mail coming to my house in here I got to cross the ocean for assistance. Not good for business.

  Terrible company , not willing to help during the pandemic. Here is an email I sent to them: To: President of Lincoln Financial I am retired and would like to have my 401k rolled over to my Merrill lynch IRA. According to your customer service reps I am required to have my wifes signature notarized. Because of the Pandemic my Doctor has told me that I am part of the most vulnerable and would probable die if I got Covid-19. So I have not left my home except to do curbside pick up of groceries and curbside pickup of other essential goods. I asked that you waive the requirement for notarization because of my health. You refused to waive it and said you could not help me with this. I think any reasonable company would try and help during this pandemic. The money is my money, I need it, and I should be able to get it transferred without putting my health at risk. I hope you will do the right thing and waive this requirement or contact the plan administrator and ask that this requirement be waived Heres what they sent back with a noreply email address, so there is no way for me to respond: Good afternoon, Thank you for contacting us regarding your Lincoln Financial retirement account! Lincoln financial Group is the administrator of the plan. We are unable to makes changes that have been established by the employer sponsored plan. May we suggest you contact your bank as they generally have a notary available to be able to witness your spouse signature possibly thru the drive thru. We appreciate your business with us and have a great day!
