      I cashed a check Monday 12/27 at 9:37am. The bank teller stated the check would take two business days to clear and the receipt clearly states "check hold to be released 12/29/21". I called the bank today 12/30 as the check funds still have not been released. They stated they are holding the check until JANUARY 7TH. If you want your checks cashed in a timely fashion and funds available to pay your bills on time do not bank here.

      We apologize that your funds were held longer than was initially indicated by our staff. There are instances where holds may be longer than expected based upon past activity in the account the check is being drawn from.

      Bonnie was condescending and very unhelpful. She must not like what she does as it reflects in her poor customer service skills.
