      I had 4 business accounts with this bank plus a joint and a personal account , The bank closed all my accounts for no absolute reason when I asked them why they said the bank have made that decision, very unprofessional! At least give people an explanation why that decision been made . Worst experience ever,DO NOT bank with them if your a business owner !!

      I went there to have some 20 dollar bills changed to 100s. It's not a difficult thing to do and every bank used to do it as a common courtesy. Apparently that is not the world we live in anymore. They lie to me and tell me that they can't do it because they are afraid of people shorting them. I said to them "count it". They fed me a bunch of nonsense about how it's their policy not to do that for people who don't have an account with them. I assured them that because of this I will NEVER bank with them. It was not even a large sum of money. So much for customer service. STAY AWAY!!!
