Spoke with Patty and Scott today about a direct deposit issue that my employer caused. Unfortunately I had to hang up en expectedly with Scott (sorry buddy, it was me not you), but Patty was very helpful. A few hours later, Hughes has found the problem (caused by the employer) and fixed it, and Patty followed up to let me know. Thank you Patty and Scott!

Worst bank ever!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Their customer service is TERRIBLE and they do not care about people. Worst experience ever.
