      They don't know what they are doing. At first i was approved and then when i decided to move on forward with the purchase of my home i had already paid for the inspection of the home and the earnest money and they said oh sorry you are not approved. Im sorry what ??? Then they proceed to send an employment verification to a dental office mind you i put on the application that the office no longer existed cause the doctor who owned the office at the time was deceased. They really dont know what they are doing. I will never reccomend Guild mortgage. They are clueless and don't help. Oh and then Hugo wants to say he's basically doing me a favor for accepting my loan because my loan was very low compared to all the other ones he has. My realtor recommended me to PRIME LENDING and they are great! I got my home after Hugo and guild mortgage denied me the loan
