      They did an inspection on a home we’re buying and couldn’t figure out where the sewer was. well it’s public sewer and they was informed of this, reluctantly didn’t add it to the inspection. A water line wrapped in duct tape and they labeled it as “lead pipe” it was very obvious. if they had any real knowledge of this industry, she would have known that. They have pushed our closing back 3 weeks because of their weak and extremely poor performance, you’d be better finding anyone else to do the appraisal then this company.
