  Hunter is hands down the best in the business. A challenging relocation was seamless due to Hunter and his teams attention to detail and rapid response to every stage of the process.. We will not buy another home without Hunter in our corner.

  When I started this recent home purchase my existing lender wasn't giving us the warm fuzzies so we reached out for great lenders in the Charleston area. Hunter came highly recommended and on initial contact brushed aside all the concerns my prior lender had offered and immediately had me setup to go. It happened so fast it was concerning - be ready for that, it's how he operates, very on the ball. At every step of the way Hunter was fully transparent about where we were at, what the current challenges were and how he was going to fix them. If he needed our help he walked us through it. My home buy was full of ups and down from the selling side but Hunter arranged Congressional delegations, a SEAL Team 6 incursion and a hike up Everest to keep the process on track (he'll neither confirm nor deny that second one). We closed without incident, on time and under budget and he made certain the petty details were a non-issue for us. Sincerely thank you, I hope you're constantly overwhelmed with business and will recommend you to anyone in the area market.

  Hunter and his team set up the mortage for my new home in Hanahan. Very smooth process, Guaranteed Rate's fees and interest rate were well below what we had been quoted from other banks. Would not hesitate to do business with again!
