      First and foremost, there is no Financial institution that does business as well as HVB; nor have I experienced such amazing customer service like I have with HVB. Using their services to obtain a mortgage was a pretty simple, quick and organized process. Folks like Carol DeGrace and Patti Schill and Nadia that work at the local branch in South Jersey we’re a joy to deal with. They don’t just treat you like a customer they treat you as if they’ve known you for years and years and have your best interest in mind. From day one, pre-qualification and up to the very end and even AFTER, they respond or get back to you immediately. There were no delays, no unanswered questions or times I felt out of the loop. I will be a life time customer and fan of this bank/company and look forward to doing business with them again

      CA Sokol was an amazing advocate for us, end to end of our application process. HVB was thorough, ensuring that the end result would be positive, as it was. Bill Brooks was supportive through the documentation phase, working with us to find everything needed for approval. Overall, cannot recommend HVB too highly. In fact, we just sent a family member their way!
