  Fast, friendly service in the commercial lane at the drive through. I had some unrolled coin, which they usually won't take, but was told to have it rolled next time and was given some coin wrappers.

  I once had an account there and everything went fine, but today I was depositing money and getting some change for the local Pizza Hut across the street. I literally pulled in at 11:58. A man who appears to be the manager comes to the window a minute later and says they close at 12:00 even though there's someone else there. I point out that it's 11:59 and he just says it's actually 12:02 and won't help me. How can people be so shrewd about the time? Just give me the benefit of the doubt. It's not like there was a line at the bank. I was there on a run for a local business. They're selfish and rude, flat out denying what it says on my clock and refusing to help me despite it not being busy and not even giving me the benefit of the doubt even though it took them at least 1-2 minutes to even come to the window. At worst, I was there at 12:00 on the dot if not slightly before. Be a bit more understanding.
