      They’ve been nice and professional every time I’ve gone through the drive-thru. Have yet to go inside.

      My account was compromised and conveniently their website was simultaneously down for "scheduled maintenance" so i couldn't lock my card. Tried calling the number on the card but it was after hours and could not get in touch with anyone. I ended up having $350 withdrawn as a result. The next day finally got in touch with someone to file a dispute on the charges, after waiting on hold for more than 30 minutes. I still haven't received a new debit card and it's been a week. They should have a 24 hour service for instances like these!

      Terrible customer service. Every time I go to this location the lobby is locked. Not all things can be done through a drive-through and they pretend they don’t see you when you’re at the door. The service is slow and a lot of other customers in the drive-through seemed unhappy as well. I would avoid this location. It’s poorly managed.
