  One of the friendliest banks I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. All of the staff from top to bottom always has a smile on their face, says hello, and asks if there is anything they can do for you. I had just about every teller and officer wait on me at one time or another. I’m always treated with respect, care, and have my needs were met promptly with professionalism!

  I have relocated from Ohio to North Carolina where there is no Huntington Banks. I chose to keep my account regardless. Well not now….I am unable to use my Zelle Service because Huntington states it is in invalid address. Told me to call the USPS. I call them and am told it is a valid address and not sure what they can do and suggested Huntington call them. I call Huntington back, initial service rep acknowledged the problem, got transferred to another rep who tried telling me to call USPS again and as I told her that I already had…she conveniently could no longer hear me and hung up on me. So I call the local establishment I banked with in Russell’s Point, Ohio and actually speak with the bank manager who persisted there was nothing she could do to help me and to call customer service. I have been on the phone for 2 hours and asked if she could call for me and have someone call me when the situation is figured out (as I am also working), she refused. Most horrible service and very disappointing. I will be closing all accounts with Huntington today!
