      I have had a very hard time getting ahold of a person to talk to to solve a debit card problem. It's always a 30 to 50 minute wait on the phone or for a call back, which is too long for a lunch break, and I don't get off work in time before they close. I wanted to send an email, but there is no email address given under the contact us info. Then I found an email address for a customer service person and when I tried it it said not a valid email address. I'm very frustrated. Then I had a day off work and finally got to talk to someone and he took care of the debit card problem, but didn't seem to want to hear about my problems trying to talk to someone. I didnt choose this bank, TCF closed and sent me here.
