I had to get a wire transfer completed under very tight time constraints and my personal banker Mike H. was awesome! He was highly competent and extremely diligent, thoroughly double-checking every field to make sure my important transaction didn't get tripped up by a needless data entry error. The branch manager, Chad, then personally submitted the transaction to make sure we met the critical timeline. This branch is very well run, and I am a highly satisfied customer!

This is true that this bank will charge you service fee for withdraw money from your own account. I was charged $2.40 for withdrawing $300 from my savings account last month because 80 cents for 100 ones. The banker told me it was free to withdraw ones from the account on that day but the service fee charged on my account 25 days later! I can not imagine how much they will charge me if I want to withdraw 3 hundreds from my account next time!!!

They look like racist and they don't help you as you want so I prefer not to go I'm neighbor to this bank but I prefer to go 5 miles away from where I am
