      I had "excellent customer service" opening a new account last week by Jorge. He was very professional, polite, efficient, accommodating and a joy to deal with. He went above and beyond! So nice to see that level of customer service today and I definitely told him how much I appreciated it. That was a great reflection on the bank. Keep up the good work Jorge!

      What a JOKE!!! I get a check from a customer who uses this place, and the want to charge me $10 to cash a check from their customer. So You want to charge me to get the money owed to me by my customer. I will never bank here and I suggest you don’t either. I wish I could give them a Zero Star rating!!
