  My friend and I came into to Huntington Bank in Oak Creek at 4:45 to get him set up on internet banking. Normally when you come in a bank 15 minutes before closing time on a holiday weekend you see more "next window please" signs than tellers actually attending to people in line. The norm is to be closed before you are actually closed so the teller can get out of the bank as soon as possible to enjoy the weekend. This, however, was not the case with Doraly. She was extremely attentive and patient with my friend, To say my friend "struggles" with technology would be kind. He had to put in his username and password several times. Doraly was very kind and encouraging, and I could genuinely see that she cared that my friend was able to accomplish the task he was attempting. Doraly showed us how to program a recurring payment, and gave us her card in case we have any further question we could always schedule an appointment with her. It was great to see someone actually care about the service they give in a time where good service is rarity. Thank you Doraly and thank you Huntington Bank.

  Don't go through Huntington if you make a lot of money because when you get a direct deposit and you pull your money out and you use your card and back and forth they will close your account saying that you are a risk exactly what just happened to me my paychecks for anywhere from a thousand to 2,500 every two weeks and they close my account so beware they're not a good bank and I'm not that open anymore checking accounts because I'm a risk even though I always paid my debt even if I overdrawn my account for example my account when they close it was -17 it would have got paid Wednesday of this week but no they just want to close it so if I was anybody else I would go ahead and close your account and go to different bank.
