      Never had an issue when it was TCF, but now with Huntington, it’s just one problem after another. Online services and the app are CONSTANTLY down! Their policies are so much less customer friendly than TCF’s were, and even the tellers seem to hate Huntington!

      15 years in, never an issue with personal banking. I opened up a business account and applies for a business credit card. That went smoothly. The credit application inquiry hit my credit monitoring, though I should check in to check the status. 2 weeks later and trying to contact the banker every day but Sunday's, I hear nothing. I go to the branch at 3 pm on a Tuesday, lights are off, no one is there. They close at 6 pm. Drove over to the Riverdale branch. Told them I needed withdrawal all funds and close my personal and business accounts. No reaction at all. Didn't ask why or what they could do to help or do better.
