  Worse Bank manager and staff around. She doesn't know her job. Also treats customers like we dont know anything. She has a teller just like her. They need trained. I called corporate so they can get these people under control at this branch.

  Is it normal for you guys to hire people that treat customers in such a poor way? The Garrettsville, Ohio branch has severely gone down hill. It seems to always have new people and this round has been anything but customer oriented. They are slow, unprofessional and rude. They are not sanitizing between customers nor do they care about how they speak or treat the customers and they are constantly messing up. Everyone I know that banks there has had to go back more than once due to not getting the correct cash just as I have. Is this how all your branches are? I would hope Huntington can find better people than this or they just don’t care to look very hard. That place is just an unhealthy atmosphere and I hope someone steps in to fix it.
