  Have $150 in overdraft charges cause I couldn't access my online banking with bank changes. Mom put 28 k in my other personal acct. They refuse to fix.

  ATM never dispensed my cash. Manager said call PNC not her problem. PNC? Your ATM never gave me my cash. Called PNC and told me to call Huntington Bank. The worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered in 40 years. Apparently I’m a thief and lying over $160. Wow, wow, wow.

  Frustration and theft to sum it up. I needed to get funds into by Bank of America account so I tried to deposit cash into a Huntington Bank ATM. The machine let me process the transaction, counted the cash and confirmed deposit. At the end it printed a receipt saying it could not return the cash and cancelled the return of the funds. I talked to the manager that continued to look at me as if I was lying. My friend standing next to me the entire time about lost it. She counted the ATM cash and it balanced and she said there is nothing she can do and I needed to call Bank of America to figure out why their ATM couldn't return the cash? $400, pooof and gone. Bank of America submitted a case with Huntington and went know where. I need someone at Huntington to look at the ledger, see the cash deposit that is suppose to go to a Bank of America customer and return my money. This was on 12/26 at approximately 6pm. I know people make mistakes, machines don't always work, but Huntington has taken $400 and is doing nothing to investigate. It's only $400, but the principle. I have filled a complaint with the OCC which will investigate. Although probably not smart to deposit cash in a non Bank of America ATM, it doesn't give the right for Huntington to blow me off, take the money and refuse to look at the ledger to see my cash deposit.
