      Thank you so much for your customer service "Missy" ! I have had an account with this company since 1980 and I will now being closing it! I will come to your branch do so! You just caused an unnecessary delay and I dont appreciate anyone messing with my mother's money! You could have just cashed the check and you lied to me! Worst bank ever!

      I expressed my concerns with opening a credit card, and told them my credit was low and mentioned that I should wait to increase my chances for approval. He ignored my concerns and advocated I apply anyway. I was denied the credit card. They get paid for signing you up, regardless if you’re approved or not. They do not offer sound financial advice or care about your credit. Unhelpful and unprofessional
