      If you’re going to close your lobby, have more associates work the drive thru!!!! Spending more than 20 minutes at a drive thru can push people to PNC!!! Unreal.

      On 8/5/2020 (3) Tellers were behind the counter talking. There was no one other customer waiting but me. (1) of the teller walked away from the group. The other (2) tellers looked at me and told me to wait. This is the second time I been in this branch and walked out NEVER AGAIN will I patronize this branch.
