      ATM does seem to be broken more often than not — and even when it’s not totally down, it has that “cannot process deposits or withdrawals” message on the screen — which is 99% of the point of an ATM! Inside is usually fairly busy later in the day, less so closer to opening. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, but they do seemed to be “stretched thin” of late (but what business isn’t?). Getting documents notarized was quick (and free!), highly recommend this branch for any notary needs.

      TCF was ok, Huntington is a complete BOMB !!! They handled the crossover terribly. There short staff !! ATM never works. Long Lines inside and out !! Online banking is always got issues ! Really ?? You are in the service biz !! Time to switch. WOW ! Absolute Disaster !!

      I have had two occasions with using ATM and wanted $100.00 The machine said unable to complete transactions but they still subtracted the $100.00 from my account. I never got the money. I will not trust this ATM machine ever again
